Buckmuson Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of Men’s appeal products (including clothing, accessories, and any other items) from the Buckmuson website (www.buckmuson.com, “Website”). By placing an order on the Website, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy (all available on the Website). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Placement & Acceptance

If we reject or cancel your order (after the Order Receipt but before the Order Confirmation), we will notify you via email and issue a full refund for any payment already processed (in accordance with Section 6).

2. Shipping & Delivery

We will process and ship your order within 1–3 business days of sending the Order Confirmation (business days exclude weekends, public holidays, and peak season delays). “Shipping” means handing the package to our designated carrier for delivery.

2.2 Delivery Timeline

Regardless of your shipping destination (domestic or international), the estimated delivery time for your order is 6–12 business days from the date your order is shipped. This timeline includes transit time with the carrier and may be extended by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing (for international orders), weather conditions, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations. 2.3 Shipping Costs

Buckmuson offers free global shipping for all orders, regardless of order value, product type, or destination. No additional shipping fees will be added to your order total at checkout or after purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Currency & Pricing

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

Shipping costs are not deducted from refunds (since we offer free global shipping), and no restocking fees will be charged for eligible returns.

However, we do not guarantee that all products will be in stock at all times, and we reserve the right to discontinue products without notice.
